We offer courses on making and wiring sugar flowers, from basic to advanced levels. Our experienced instructors will teach you the necessary skills to become a competent sugar flower maker. We provide everything you need for the course including the best tools and equipment.

Our Basic Sugar Flowers course is an 18-hour program, perfect for beginners. Intermediate Sugar Flowers is an eight-week course with a total of 24 hours, ideal for those with prior experience. Advanced Sugar Flowers is an 11-week program consisting of 33 hours, perfect for experienced sugarcraft artists.

We also offer three International Diplomas in partnership with PME cake decorating school, which are eight-week courses with 25 hours to complete a diploma. Completing all three diplomas will earn you a Master's certificate.

Once you obtain your Master's, you can move on to our PME Sugar Artist Award, a globally recognised standard in the sugarcraft world.
